Texas Instruments LM358DR - Dual Operational Amplifier
The LM358DR packs two independent operational amplifiers into one SOIC-8 and runs from a single supply between 3 V and 30 V. Its input common-mode range includes ground, so a ground-referenced sensor can be amplified without a negative rail - the reason this industry-standard part has stayed in production for decades and still shows up in almost every analog front-end that does not need precision.
