Analog Devices HMC1169LP5E - MMIC VCO

The HMC1169LP5E is a GaAs MMIC voltage-controlled oscillator covering 12.92 to 14.07 GHz, with a second output at half frequency for phase-locked loop feedback. Resonator, negative-resistance device and varactor are all on the die, so no external resonator or matching network is needed - the design effort goes into the loop filter rather than into tuning a cavity, and performance holds over the full -40 to +85 °C range.
