Lattice Semiconductor LFE5UM5G-85F-EVN - ECP5 Evaluation Board
The LFE5UM5G-85F-EVN is Lattice's official ECP5-5G evaluation board, carrying the 85K-LUT LFE5UM5G-85F-8BG381 with four 5G SERDES channels, 178 user I/O and 20 differential pairs exposed to Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Pmod and general-purpose headers. A 128 Mbit quad-read boot flash, reference clocks and demo design ship preloaded.
